Seasonal Market Staff Member

The Burlington Summer Farmers Market is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Seasonal Market Staff Members to help create a welcoming and well-organized market experience for vendors, customers, and volunteers. This seasonal position runs from May 10th to October 25th, 2025, with markets held every Saturday.

Market Staff Members play a key role in setup, operations, customer service, and breakdown of the weekly market. This role requires dependability, flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks.

Staff members report to the Market Manager and assist with vendor support, customer inquiries, merchandise sales, and financial transactions.

Hours: Approximately 8 hours per week (Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Pay: $15.00/hour

Social Media & Marketing Intern

The Burlington Farmers Market is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to help grow our online presence and engage with our community. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and event marketing while supporting local farmers, artisans, and small businesses.

Location: Remote and/or in our downtown Burlington co-working space

Duration: May – October 2025

Hours: 10–15 hours per week (flexible schedule, some Saturdays required)

Compensation: Unpaid
