Volunteering at a farmers market can be a great way to support your local community. As a volunteer you will learn more about where your food comes from, meet local business owners, all while giving back to your community and making friends along the way.

Our volunteer opportunities are broad - below are some of the areas you could assist with. We do our best to match your interests with the needs of the market.

• Greeting market-goers and assisting with directions

• Taking photos for social media

• Collecting quotes and stories from vendors and customers

• Gathering data

• Vendor assistance

• Working the sort station

• Market set up and breakdown
